Grilled Flank Steak — Medical Weight Loss Clinic
Ingredients:
1 serving Flank Steak
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. finely chopped contemporary Parsley
1 tsp. finely chopped contemporary Sage
1 tsp. finely chopped contemporary Chives
1 tsp. finely chopped contemporary Rosemary
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Preparation:
Let steak stand at room temperature for half-hour. Prepare grill for direct medium warmth. Coat grate with cooking spray. Season steak with pepper.
Grill, lined, to desired doneness, turning as soon as. On a reducing board, sprinkle floor evenly with contemporary herbs, garlic, crushed purple pepper, and black pepper.
Remove steak and place on herb/seasoning combination, turning a number of instances to coat completely. Serve instantly.
