Buffalo Dip

Suitable for all Freedom meal plans solely

Ingredients:
1 serving Cottage Cheese
1 tsp. Wishbone Fat-Free Blue Cheese Dressing
2 tsp Tabasco
Dash Fiesta Seasoning (to style)
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Onion Powder
Ground Black Pepper, to style

Preparation:
Blend cottage cheese till clean in a blender. Combine seasonings, Tabasco and blended cottage cheese in a bowl. Top with dressing and chill a minimal 2-3 hours previous to serving. Can be served heat or chilled with recent cut greens.
