Zoodle Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup Zucchini, spiralized
1 clove Garlic
1/2 medium Sweet Potato
1 serving Eggs
Fresh Ground Pepper, to style
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
